"Transfers" refer to any transportation services for hotel/airport pickup and drop off.

Bookings

Bookings can be made through Five Stars Tours website

A valid credit card is required to make a booking.

By submitting a booking request, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

Once the booking is confirmed, the user will receive a confirmation email with the details of the booking.

Any changes to the booking must be made through Five Stars Tours customer service.

Five Stars Tours reserves the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

All bookings are subject to availability

The user is responsible for providing accurate and complete information while making a booking

Payment

All payments for bookings must be made via credit card.

Five Stars Tours accepts Visa and Mastercard.

The user agrees to pay the full amount of the booking at the time of booking using a valid credit card.

The payment will be done in U.S dollars. If the user wishes to pay in another currency, they will be responsible for any exchange differences set by their bank.

The user agrees to pay any additional fees or charges that may arise from the booking, such as taxes or fees charged by the accommodation provider or activity operator.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

The user may be subject to cancellation fees or penalties depending on the terms and conditions of the accommodation provider, activity operator, or transfer service.

The user can view the cancellation policy for his booking on the booking confirmation email or on the website.

Any changes or cancellations to the users booking must be made through the website or by contacting the Five Stars Tours customer support team.

Five Stars Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings for any reason, including but not limited to, technical issues, errors, or availability.

Cancellations must be made through Five Stars Tours customer service.

Refunds will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the accommodation provider, activity operator, or transfer service.

In the event of a cancellation, Five Stars Tours will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the user.

Five Stars Tours is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by the user as a result of using our services or the information provided on the website.

The user agrees to indemnify Five Stars Tours and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our services.

Five Stars Tours does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the website or by third-party suppliers.

Five Stars Tours is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided on the website.

In no event shall Five Stars Tours be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
